Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this page. By browsing it or submitting the inquiry form, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the page.

1. What this page is

This page presents the design services of Studio Black Oak, an interior design studio based in Atlanta, Georgia, and provides a form through which you can request a discovery call. It is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on a project.

2. No design or professional advice

The descriptions of process, scope and investment ranges shown here are indicative. They are not architectural, engineering, structural or code-compliance advice, and they do not substitute for a signed design agreement. Any actual scope, schedule and fee is defined exclusively in a written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Submitting an inquiry

  • You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.
  • Submitting the form does not create a client relationship and does not reserve capacity in our schedule.
  • We may decline any inquiry, for any reason, including capacity, location or fit.
  • We reply to inquiries we can serve, normally within two business days.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorisation
  • Use automated means to submit the form, scrape the page, or overload the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the page or its infrastructure
  • Introduce malicious code, or attempt injection or interception of any kind
  • Use the page for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms

Submissions that trigger our anti-spam protections may be blocked without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Studio Black Oak name and mark, the photographs, films, project imagery, text and layout on this page are owned by Studio Black Oak or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the page. You may not reproduce, adapt, republish or use any of its content commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Photography and depicted projects

Images and films on this page show completed work, work in progress, or design studies. They are illustrative of the studio’s approach. They do not represent a promise of a specific outcome, finish, product availability or budget for any future project.

7. Third-party links and services

This page links to external platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest and Spotify, and relies on third-party services for hosting, form delivery, analytics and bot protection. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this page available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Black Oak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this page, including loss of data, revenue or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the page after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from them are subject to the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Before publishing: have the studio’s attorney confirm sections 9 and 12 against the legal entity and the jurisdictions it actually operates in, then delete this note.
